Mobile Time Entry

With this system, incoming employee information is validated for accuracy, labor costs are calculated and distributed and accurate payroll data can be provided to payroll and HR programs. NETimeClock is deployed rapidly from a central server to users everywhere. Employees simply point their browser to TimeCentre, enter a unique ID and record information on their work activities.

Telephone Time Entry

TimeCentre TeleTrak is a telephone-based data collection system that provides workforce management information to be used for job tracking, labor analysis, distribution, budgeting and exports to payroll. In remote sites, or when employees are in the field or on the road, time clocks and PC entry systems may be impractical.

Card Swipe

Magnetic Card Readers

Works just like a credit card. The ID number is embedded into the magnetic strip on the card and the employee simply swipes the card through the reader.

Barcode Reader

The ID number is embedded into the UPC code and the infrared barcode reader scans the number in when passed through the reader.

Proximity Reader

The employee simply waves the prox card in front of the reader to transfer the ID number to the clock.
