Magnetic Card Readers

Works just like a credit card. The ID number is embedded into the magnetic strip on the card and the employee simply swipes the card through the reader.

Barcode Reader

The ID number is embedded into the UPC code and the infrared barcode reader scans the number in when passed through the reader.

Proximity Reader

The employee simply waves the prox card in front of the reader to transfer the ID number to the clock.
